Cannabinoids are one of the many compounds found in the remarkable, naturally cultivated plant known as Cannabis sativa. This plant has been growing throughout the world for a long time. Types of Cannabinoids

- Cannabichromene (CBC): tropical cannabis.

- Cannabinol (CBN): is mildly psychoactive.
Effects of Cannabinoids
The biological effect of cannabinoids is initiated through the special cannabinoid receptors in the human body. The most important of those receptors are CB1 and CB2. CB1 is expressed primarily in the brain, central nervous system, lungs, liver, and kidneys, while CB2 is expressed primarily in your immune system.
Cannabinoids have a distinct effect on humans, depending on the part of the brain involved in the reception. Memory, psychomotor performance and cognition are impacted when the effect of cannabinoids is on the limbic system. Whereas, the effect of cannabinoid on the mesolimbic pathway changes the pain perception of the person, as well as their pleasure and reward responses.
Differences between Cannabinoids
Cannabinoids are used all around the world according to their psychoactive properties, which help differentiate them. For instance, Cannabinol (CBN), Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are considered to have psychoactive properties of different degrees. It means these substances have an impact on how your brain functions and perceives.
On the other hand, the cannabinoids including Cannabidiol (CBD), Cannabichromene (CBC) and Cannabidiol (CBD) are used for medical purposes as they are not psychologically active.
