Find your routine Part 2

Routines  Part 2 Finding a routine that works for you is so important to your life, specifically a morning and night routine.  Just as morning routine is to start your day on a good note, your night routine is there to help you wind down and end your day on a positive note. Vini's CBD Experience

Hey y'all! I tried CBD for the first time, when we were given samples as interns at Calm Up. Not gonna lie, I was kinda scared at first. After talking to couple of my friends who have tried CBD gummies and had great experiences, I decided to give it a try. I decided to take one every morning and add it into my morning routine. I would take one then proceed with my daily yoga routine and after a couple of hours I felt relaxed and ready for the day. I tried the coffee and peach flavored gummies first,  which are both amazing! I was drawn to those two flavors because I knew that they would taste the exact opposite from each other. Peach has that...

Brighton's CBD Experience

Hi, everyone! My name is Brighton and I am a 21 year old student at the University of Michigan. This year I discovered Calm Up, and it couldn’t have been at a better time. At the start of the pandemic in March of 2020, I thought I was handling my stress fairly well. However, after a year of COVID-19 related loss, a high-pressure election, divisive tensions in our country, etc., I became aware that my stress had caught up with me. This was all while trying to juggle the expectations of school, social life, and keeping my family healthy. Anxiety became part of my daily life, and it was ultimately too difficult for me to manage alone. This is a...

Aleks's CBD Experience

Hello all! My name is Aleks and this is my experience with Calm Up CBD gummies! I am a 21 year old - soon to be 22, student getting ready to finally graduate from Cleveland State University in a few months. I am a very busy individual with school work, working jobs, social life, and physical activity. Trying to fit all of these things in my day can be very stressful at times and can cause anxiety at times. I have always been like this, and it feels like I will never get used to it and still expect it to go away. I have always heard of CBD, especially on social media. More recently, more and more stores such...

How To Elevate Your Calm Tip #6:

Tip #6: Yoga Yoga focuses on physical, mental and spiritual growth. Yoga is a great way to add movement into your daily routine. It is a low impact workout that focuses on strengthening and connecting to your body.  Yoga dates way back to the 4th Century BCE. They described it back then as, “Yoga is the calming down the fluctuations/patterns of consciousness”. You can make it your workout routine or just use it as a practice to help ease your mind and body. Yoga is great in the morning or at night. It can help wake up your body and wind down before bed since it is low impact. It focuses on breath work, as well which also helps you...

How To Elevate Your Calm Tip #5:

Tip #5: Meditate  Meditation is a great practice to add to your daily routine. It’s awesome because it is so flexible. You can do a 2 minute meditation or a 45 minute meditation. You can lay down and close your eyes and listen to it. You can go on a walk and listen to it in your headphones. You do not have to sit criss cross on the ground like how you probably are picturing it. You get to pick how to meditate.  Meditation clears your mind and lets you focus. It can even help lower your blood pressure, aid your sleep patterns, better your decision making, boost heart health, reduce stress, and improve one’s attention span.   Some people like to...

How to elevate your calm Tip #1:

We at Calm Up are going to give you some tips! Tip #1: Journaling Journaling is a great way to help elevate your calm. One way you can journal is that you can do a “brain dump” every morning and or night. You can do it in a special little journal or even just on a piece of paper. This is when you just let all your feelings out. You can set a timer and just write whatever you want down for 5 minutes or longer if needed. This way it can help you release what you are feeling: the good, the bad, the ugly. Let it all out. Trust us, it will make you feel a lot better and lighter....
