Tip #5: Meditate 

Meditation is a great practice to add to your daily routine. It’s awesome because it is so flexible. You can do a 2 minute meditation or a 45 minute meditation. You can lay down and close your eyes and listen to it. You can go on a walk and listen to it in your headphones. You do not have to sit criss cross on the ground like how you probably are picturing it. You get to pick how to meditate. 

Meditation clears your mind and lets you focus. It can even help lower your blood pressure, aid your sleep patterns, better your decision making, boost heart health, reduce stress, and improve one’s attention span.  

Some people like to do it at night, some like to start their morning with it. Some will even do it in the middle of the day to take a mental break. This is why it is so flexible and can fit into everyone’s schedule.
